This event constitutes a very good opportunity to launch the debate on the necessity of understanding the way public law and public administration systems are organized and function, the way legal rules are harmonized with administrative policy decisions, and also the way national legislation follows that of the European Union. At the same time, interdisciplinary aspects can be considered as regards public policies, labor force market, social protection, labor force migration, cross border cooperation and so on.

We consider that this international conference is resourceful for those who are confronted with the instability of the legislative system and wish to enhance their training in the area of the Romanian public law and public administration, but also to relate to the European and international legal reality.

The conference will include two workshops on present and highly debated issues, “The Review of the Constitution” and “Real Estate and Urban Development Policies”, which will definitely attract not only the academics, but also the political and the business areas, as well as the professionals.
